Everything you do comes from that one address, so the systems you use see the same US location every time. Inbound ports are closed until you open them in the dashboard, so for browsing and logins nothing on your device is reachable from the internet.
It is a datacenter IP, not a residential one. Most sites treat it like any other US address. Some fraud systems score hosting ranges more strictly and may ask for an extra check, and a site that refuses all hosting ranges will refuse it too. What it is not is a shared VPN exit: only you use it.

Yes, for as long as your plan is active. It is assigned to you alone and never rotates. If a payment fails, the tunnel keeps working for a 5-day grace period, then pauses, and the address is held for at least 30 days so you can come back to it.

Yes, but not with one config on both at once: the two devices fight over the tunnel and both keep dropping. Run WireGuard on your router to cover every device behind it, or add a second IP for $2/mo so each device has its own.
Every IP has a second config on UDP port 443, which gets through most hotel and campus networks. If that fails too, switch the IP to AmneziaWG in the dashboard; filters find it harder to spot. Nothing is guaranteed on every network.
